A passionate and highly experienced music educator and composer with over 30 years’ experience delivering high-quality instrumental tuition across Northumberland. Classically trained under the tutelage of Mrs. Elsie Davidson, holding certification from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) in London. This prestigious qualification is globally recognised for its rigorous standards in music theory and performance. I specialise in piano, keyboard, drum kit, djembe, guitar, and ukulele, teaching both in mainstream education and privately. I have a strong track record of inspiring students of all ages and abilities to develop musical skills and confidence, using adaptive teaching methods that respond to individual learning needs.

In addition to my educational work, I am the founder and owner of a successful private music studio, operating since 1990. There, I have composed, arranged, produced, and recorded music for both personal projects and professional musicians across a range of genres. I bring patience, enthusiasm, professionalism, and a deep-rooted love of music to every learning or creative environment.
